BUENOS AIRES PROVINCE: MARCH
 March
2 to March 11 – Tres arroyos – Provincial Wheat Festival (Fiesta Provincial del Trigo); Wheat samples competition and allegoric show
windows; Cultural and industrial exposition; Artistic shows; Technical
conferences and expositions; Popular bonfires and artisan shows;
Carriages parade; Election of the queen; Sponsored by the Municipality
of Three Arroyos Municipality.

1 to March 4 – Mar Chiquita – Mar Chiquita – Coronel Vidal –
National Colt Festival ( Fiesta del Potrillo ); Exhibition and sale of
mares from the Sociedad Rural; Horse parade, Rodeo, Artistic show with
the presence of well-known figures; Technical conferences; election of
the queen; Organized by the Colt National Festival.
March 2, 3 & 4 – General Lavalle –
Santos Vega Week National Festival; This festival is a homage to the
legendary “payador” poet from the Tuyu Region; Expositions; Folk dancing
and song festival; “payadores” performances; Important local and
regional artists; Rodeo skills contest; Shows and traditionalist shows;
Lunch for riders and guests; Cultural activities; Election of the queen;
Organized by the Permanent Festival Secretariat.

3 to March 11 – Patagones – March 7 Festival; Festival organized in
remembrance of the Patagones Battle fought March 7, 1827 at Cerro La
Caballada against the Brazilian Empire; Folklore festival; Artisans
fair, March 10 typical military parade; Expositions; Rodeo skills
show; Organized by March 7 Festival Organizer and Pueblo of
 Patagones.
December 12 until March 4 – General
Pueyrredon – Mar del Plata – Esplanade Architecture and Decoration
Exhibition ( Paseo Explanada ); It takes place at the “Casa de Renta”
historical building on 1642, Santiago del Estero

March 8 to March 16 – General
Pueyrredon – Mar del Plata – International Film Festival – National and
international films show; Prizes for producers, film makers, actors and
directors. “Ombu” prize, gold, platinum and silver with the presence of
national and foreign artists. It is organized by the National Institute
of Cinema and Visual Arts.
