The Masters of Food and Wine, South America, started as an exchange of European and new world chefs hosted by the Park Hyatt Carmel (www.mfandw.com), and we continue the tradition of bringing chefs from around the world together to a new, great location: Mendoza.
You are invited to join us for the 3rd edition of this South American continuance, of a 20 year long tradition of wine and culinary greatness!

In previous editions, together with our sister hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina has been honored to have a Masters’ summit cooking in fantastic locations.
Opening its doors and its kitchens were Mendoza’s internationally acclaimed restaurants and world renowned wineries, directly located in the vineyards at the foot of andes, and culminating at the heart of the city in Park Hyatt Mendoza.
Cooking side by side, chefs will combine their knowledge with their charisma.

Buenos aires & Mendoza receives the best chefs of the world.

Some of the confirmed chefs for the event include:
Benjamin Ford (Ford’s Filing Station, USA), Claudia Fleming (North Fork Table and Inn, USA),Harry Sasson (H. Sasson Wok & Satay Bar, HB, Balzac, Harry’s, Colombia), Marisa Guiulfo (Marisa Guiulfo Catering, Peru).
European talents, the creative geniuses from of North America, and the best chefs of South American gourmet are amongst those on the roster.

Jean-Francois Rouquette * Michelin star (Pur’Grill, France), Ilhame Guerrah (Park Hyatt Shanghai), Jean-François Foucher (Park Hyatt Paris - Vendôme), Pascal Valero (Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo), Kenichiro Ooe (Kozue Park Hyatt Tokyo), Todd English (Olives, Figs, Fish Club,Bonfire, Kingfish Hall and Blue Zoo), Ken Oringer (Clio), Floyd Cardoz (Tabla NY), Andrew Ormsby (Tucker Restaurant), Coque Ossio (La Bonbonniere, Perú), Emmanuel Bassoleil (Skye, Hotel Unique Sao Paulo), Christophe David (NoMi, USA), Fernando Trocca (Industria Argentina, USA) and Pablo Massey (Galpón de Cocina, Uruguay)

In this Edition only 8 will participate as founding wineries.
These 8 wineries will present their most rare and exquisite wines for the preparation the Grand Finale Gala Dinner.
