Works by Spanish sculpture Santiago Calatrava, opened in 2001 and made in Victoria Spain due to the fact that the style it is not produced in Argentina. The design represents a couple dancing tango. It is a pedestrian bridge 170 meters. long and 6,20 meters. wide. It has two fixed sections and one movable part which turns open so that ships can go through in less than two minutes. It weights 800 tons.
