It was built in 1891 and produced flour until 1956. Its style reflects the functional port architecture. It was declared part of the National heritage.
- Reserva Ecológica. Tristán
Achával Rodríguez 1550.
It is a green area of 360 hectares with unique features within the city. Its lands were taken from the river and artificially filled up, but over the years a large number of plant species typical of the River Plate banks and from the coastline, and the characteristic fauna of the lakes and Pampas marshlands spontaneously established themselves here. The area was declared a Natural Park and Reservation Zone. Walking paths were designed, there are beautiful views of both the river and the city, and it can be visited on foot or by bicycle, there are different paths that lead down to the river.
- Museo de Telecomunicaciones.

It has been working since 1980 in the building which was the Munich brewery. Created with interactive characteristics, the various pieces displayed here show the immense evolution of technical communications from the telegraph to the Internet.
- Museo de Calcos.
Tristan Achaval Rodríguez 1701.
It is located at the Escuela de Bellas Artes of Cárcova. The Museo de Calcos y Escultura Comparada was inaugurated in 1928 in a section of the old penthouse, along with the School of Fine Arts named after Ernesto de la Cárcova. It preserves a rich collection of replicas made from famous sculptures. Many pieces on display were obtained by using a direct mould of the original. The David and Moses of Michelangelo, the Venus de Milo and other outstanding works of the Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Assyrian, Asian and medieval European art can be appreciated here.
