This bar is a pioneer in the night life of Buenos Aires and it has been open since 1967.

Completed in 1931 this Lutheran church was designed by architects Rönnow and Bisgaard. Its facade of a neo-Gothic style presents some steps culminating at the top of the tower representing the staircase that rises to heaven dreamed by Jacob in the Old Testament. Its interior houses a model of the Copenhagen ship, which sank in the 1920s after sailing to Buenos Aires.
Built in the late eighteenth century this old pink house once was house of the painter Juan Carlos Castagnino. Nowadays, it is used for temporary art exhibitions. It was restored in 1960 by the artist himself to be used as his atelier.

It was built around 1890 as a hotel, but after the neighbourhood was
declared a historic area in 1979, it was transformed into an art gallery.
- Antigua Tasca de Cuchilleros. Carlos Calvo 319
This house of the late 18th Century still retains the original gates, doors and roof tiles and keeps within a tragic love story. Margarita, the daughter of Sergeant Oliden, a special police chief under Governor Juan Manuel de Rosas once lived here. The father wanted his daughter to marry Ciriaco Cuitiño, head of the special police. However, she escaped with an itinerant singer with whom she was in love, until they were found by Cuitiño in the town of Luján. He shot Margarita, who returned to her home to die. Nowadays, it is a restaurant.
