The Monument to Tango is a steel structure with creases resembling a “Bandoneon” (tango’s most typical instrument, similar to an accordion). It is located at the small piazza on the corner of A. Villaflor with Av. de los Italianos in Puerto Madero.
Built by artists Alejandro Coria & Estela Treviño, made of stainless steel, 3,5 Mts. high and a weight of two tons. The “fueye” (Argentine slang for bandoneon) shape resembles the emblematic tango instrument.
