Location: 455, Alsina St. Monserrat
The house was built in 1836. The facade shows Italian renaissance influences. The main door, in two sections keeps the structure typical of colonial times. The ground floor was Maria Josefa Ezcurra’s home. She was the sister-in-law of Juan Manuel de Rosas (Buenos Aires ruler in the mid-19th Century and one of the most controversial politicians in the history of the country).
