Corsicans to Contramano are performed annually in the town of Gonzales Chaves, Buenos Aires, in the middle of February. The event is organized by the Municipality of Chaves Gonzales through the Department of Culture, Education and Tourism and the Cycling Club Hurricane. Already more than 7 edits, and year over year concurrent sum across the district.
Lots of street musicians and bands are shown parading through the streets of the city, belonging to the town and the whole match Chaves Gonzales. In addition, a canteen service with foam sale carnival, special entertainment for the kids is installed but why not also for adults. During the nights of carnival local and regional bands are presented.
Not only it is participating for the love of carnival: Cash prizes are awarded to different categories, including best individual costume child, adult best individual costume, prizes extras (minimum 4 people) and institutional extras (minimum 10 people). They are delivered between the entities involved or that are represented by the residents of the various districts of the city.
Humor circus with clowns, live radio stories, storytelling with live music and popular bands in Latin America: activities designed especially for the kids are also performed. Inflatable games by the Ministry of Tourism of the Province are located. During the end of the carnival, as every year, the Burning of King Momo is done.
