The Epecuen Rock Festival is held annually in the town of Carhue province of Buenos Aires. It is organized and sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism of Adolfo Alsina, and its Lake Epecuén center, visited by tourists looking to relax and unwind. Therefore, during the event spa services, personal care and health offers hospitality in the city and promoted the spa Epecuén.
The festival features more than 11 edits, and comes every year to fill rock the city. The main show is by nationally known bands, and support bands, comedians and solo artists are also presented. As is done in conjunction with the anniversary of the town of Carhué as part of the festival takes place the election of the Queen City.
Until recently the stage was set in the traditional shore of Lake Epecuén at Spa Island. During the last editions, it has changed its location at camping La Chacra, located 5 km from the city for access to the national road 33, and is a large estate with 50 hectares of trees and lush vegetation, crossed by the stream Pigüé.
Another well-known festival in the city is the country singing in Carhué, held at the same location and with one month apart from Epecuén Rock Festival. This is usually done during the month of January, and paid a ticket for the two days that lasts the event, while activities for the anniversary of the city are free admission.
