The Best Reserved Festival takes place every year in mid-September in the town of General Madariaga, Buenos Aires. This is a typical party where rodeos and various gaucho and traditional activities take place. It was declared Provincial and Permanent National Tourist Interest in 2003 and 2004.
The party has more than 33 edits and is conducted annually by the Center Traditionalist Gauchos de Madariaga. It offers attractions for both children and large, combining performances of native skills with local and nationwide riders, campers games, traditional food and folk festivals. Sweepstakes in which it participates just buy the entrance are also performed.
The rodeos are held in different categories: coarse and hob, mane, Gurupa, steers and special by riders and horses the most recognized throughout the country ride are also performed. The entire herds from Argentina also participate in the party. Other activities include testing reins, artisans gaucho rides clothing, rocks, campers mateadas and gaucho dances and costumes.
Creole cuisine also has its place in this party as barbecues and bonfires. Pialadas also made colts door outside, pialadas calves and the inevitable race rings. At the end of the event it takes place a great bailanta where you can enjoy the best traditional Argentine folk tunes. Tickets can be purchased for one day or for the duration of the entire Party.
