Location: Located in the center of the city of Guaminí in the game of the same name about 420 Kms from Capital Federal, about 200 Kms Route 205 Bahia Blanca and about 520 kms from Mar del Plata….
Access: asphalt road to the city and dirt roads around
the lagoon.
Summary: It has 11,000 acres and a maximum depth of 10 meters.
The bottom is sand and mud and rough coasts have desplayados
and low canyons. The Guaminí and feed the streams and M. Leufú
drains into the Laguna Cochicó.
Variety sports and aquatic flora: silversides, toothy and catfish.
Salty pastures on its shores and emerging rushes.
Ships: there are boats for rent and guides.
Comments: Security features for navigation. Fire and camping allowed only in places. Fishing permit. Very good lake for fishing from shore at other times being the Mecca of sport fisherman as it is now Chasicó. Everything changes. If not slip pays much silverside medium.
Regulations: Fishing season (from December 2 to August 31 next year)
30 pieces larger than 25 cm per angler per day.
Closed season (from September 1 to December 1 of each year)
20 major pieces to 25 cm per fisherman per day.
Fishing only on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays closed season is permitted.
