Pampeano Museum

This museum was created in 1939 and has seven permanent halls in which to appreciate in chronological order, the history of the region from pre-historical times to the present. It is very rich in elements considered to be unique for their value such as gold and silver hunting balls, a glyptodont carcass, weapons used in the wars that took place in the 19th Century and a great deal of  other valuable objects. This museum is considered as one of the five most important in the Buenos Aires Province.
Opening Hours: Summer: from Tuesdays to Fridays from 08.00 Hs. to 14.00 hs. –  Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 10.00 to 14.00 hs.& from 17.00 hs. to 19.00 hs. Winter: Tuesdays to Fridays from 09.00 hs. to 15.00 hs. – Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 10.30 hs. until 16.30 hs.; Mondays closed.
