Lola Restaurant is a serious, sober and prestigious Recoleta restaurant whose beginnings date back ´80. While its menu, design and facilities have been renovated, yet retains its unmistakable and classic style with works created by Hermenegildo Sabat specially for this meeting point of great artists. The public who frequent this place are adults older than 45 years and tourists staying in the area. The restaurant has a wine cellar that houses over 300 labels from around the world to accompany the excellent gastronomy of the prestigious chef Gonzalo Vidal who seeks to combine classic cuisine with the latest trends in European dishes that surprise with their textures, colors, smells and originality. Among its options feature chicken pâté of the Maison and the classic steak tartare beef. For the more adventurous there are some new alternatives such as quail stuffed with sweetbreads and toasted pine nuts, or roast duck magret with honey flowers.
